FaceFluent (facefluent.com) is operated by Sorena LLC, Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States. Contact: support@facefluent.com.

Service and eligibility

FaceFluent provides AI-generated, educational grooming, style and photography ideas for adults 18 and over. It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, surgical recommendations, clinical care or attractiveness ratings. Upload only photos of yourself that you have permission to use.

Your credits and creations

Credit packs share one account balance. All packs provide the same supported catalogue and image quality. A photo costs 10 credits, a new personalized styling plan costs 10, and an AI follow-up reply costs 1. A plan is optional. Viewing, comparing, downloading and printing existing results do not spend credits. Each new variation is a new creation.

Credits have no scheduled expiry. They are reserved when a creation starts and spent when it succeeds. Failed generations release the reservation; internal retries do not incur another charge. A completed result you dislike does not automatically restore credits; contact support about incorrect likeness, severe artifacts or ignored instructions. Generation depends on photo suitability and provider availability; no completion time is guaranteed. Requests are rate-limited.

Plans contain three AI styling priorities and a printable brief. AI creates plans, previews and replies without human styling review. Personal numerical measurements and surgical or medical simulations are excluded. AI replies cannot change your account or issue refunds.

Photo and preview files are removed within 30 days of upload. Your remaining purchased credits and saved plan remain available until account deletion. Keep your original photo to upload again when needed and download results you want to retain.

Price and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic refill. The payable total is displayed before payment confirmation. Prices exclude applicable tax where shown; any tax is added and displayed before you pay. Purchases are accepted only when checkout is open. Payment must be confirmed by the payment provider. Credits from a refunded purchase are removed from the account.

Existing purchases

No subscriptions are sold. The credit offer does not replace or reduce the deliverables, support, correction rights or delivery commitments of an earlier purchase, which keeps the scope accepted at checkout.

Refunds and your right of withdrawal

One rule applies to every credit purchase: request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we refund the payment. Signed in, use Support in your account; signed out, email support@facefluent.com from the address on your order. We check the payment record and process an eligible request; bank and payment-provider times are separate. A refund returns the amount paid and removes any credits from that purchase that are still unspent. Images and plans already created are not undone, and refunding does not restore or recreate them.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Credits are made available to you immediately when you pay, at your express request. You acknowledge that once you use credits you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits used; unused credits remain refundable within the 30-day period above. The refund rule above is our commitment in addition to, and does not limit, any rights that apply to you under consumer law.

Interpretation and choice

AI can produce inaccurate, unsuitable or inconsistent suggestions and images. A preview may alter facial details beyond the requested style and cannot predict a real haircut, treatment or other outcome. Consider your actual hair texture, upkeep, preferences and circumstances before acting. Public sample cases are fictional unless explicitly identified otherwise. You decide whether to follow any suggestion and can choose to make no change.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos of yourself, taken with your agreement. Do not upload photos of another person, of anyone under 18, or images that are sexual, violent or unlawful. Do not use FaceFluent to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone, to create misleading images of a real person, to identify or track people, or to probe, overload or work around the service, its rate limits or its credit system. We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Generated images

You may keep, download, print and share the previews and plans created from your own photo for personal use, for example to show a stylist. Previews are labelled as AI-generated; do not remove that label or present a preview as an unedited photograph. Similar requests can produce similar images for other people, so a preview is not exclusive to you.

Data and account access

You retain rights to your photos. Your consent permits processing to provide the features you request and their support, including sending the relevant photo and preferences to the AI provider. See the privacy policy for details, retention and deletion. Keep your email account secure because sign-in links provide access to your FaceFluent account.
