Service and eligibility
FaceFluent provides educational grooming, style, and photography guidance for adults 18 and over. It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, surgical recommendations, or clinical care. Upload only photos of yourself that you have permission to use.
Your assessment
The one-time reviewed assessment includes review of your goals and three photographs, a short prioritized report, references and limitations, account delivery, print/PDF export, follow-up questions, and one correction round requested within 30 days of delivery. The delivery target is within 14 days after accepted intake. Unsuitable or incomplete photos may require a retake before that period begins. Status updates and messages are available in your account.
Price and payment
The reviewed assessment costs $79 USD as a one-time purchase. The payable total is displayed before payment confirmation. Purchases are accepted only when checkout is open. No payment redirect or browser message alone establishes a completed purchase; payment must be confirmed with the payment provider.
Annual membership, when offered
Annual membership is a separate $149 USD/year offer, including one assessment per paid year, annual reassessment, and ongoing account support. It renews annually unless canceled. Cancel future renewal in account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation preserves the current paid period. One-time purchasers are not automatically enrolled.
Refunds
Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase through Support in your account. We review the payment record and process an eligible request; bank and payment-provider processing times are separate. For annual memberships, refunding the current payment also cancels future renewal. Rights that apply under consumer law are not limited by this policy.
Interpretation and choice
Measurements are estimates from photographs and are not attractiveness scores or medical findings. References do not establish that an individual result is guaranteed. Sample cases are fictional unless explicitly identified otherwise. You decide whether to follow any suggestion and can choose to make no change.
Data and account access
You retain rights to your photos. Your consent permits processing only for the assessment and its support. See the privacy policy for retention, deletion, and service providers. Keep your email account secure, because sign-in links provide access to your FaceFluent account.
