Accessibility statement
Last updated October 20, 2026. FaceFluent wants everyone to be able to use the site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
We use semantic page structure, a skip link to the main content, visible keyboard focus, text and interface contrast that follow our design tokens, and labelled form fields. Pages are designed to work from phone width up and to respect your reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
- Live camera capture relies on seeing the on-screen face outline and framing guidance, which is difficult without vision. You can upload a photo you took yourself instead (JPEG or PNG), and ask someone to help you take it if you wish.
- Image previews and the photo annotation overlays are visual by nature. Plans and answers are provided as written text, but previews have limited text alternatives.
- We have not yet had the site audited by an independent accessibility specialist, so some pages may fall short of WCAG 2.2 AA.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, email support@facefluent.com with the page address and what happened. We reply within five business days and will offer an alternative way to get the information or service where we can.
