A photo costs 10 credits, a new styling plan 10, and an AI reply 1. All packs unlock the same supported looks and quality. Plans and replies are optional; viewing, comparing, downloading and printing results are free. No human styling review is included.
New accounts get 1 AI preview free. It needs an account, a photo upload and separate cloud-processing consent. Free previews you received earlier stay in your account. On-device face analysis is a separate, optional tool and is not required first. Paid credits let you create more photos, personalized styling plans and AI replies. No purchase includes personal numerical measurements, a beauty score, medical advice or human review.
Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry. Photos and previews are removed within 30 days of upload, so download results you want to keep. Plans and conversations remain until deletion. Failed generations do not spend credits; a new variation does.
The photo guide calculates annotations on your device. Saved photos and paid styling inputs are processed through your account; AI styling uses cloud providers. Read the privacy policy and the consent shown before upload for the applicable storage and processing details.
AI uses your front-facing photo and the preferences you submit to suggest three practical styling priorities. Read the result in your account. Generation can fail or need a retry; no exact completion time is guaranteed.
AI can change facial details, hair texture, lighting, or other features unintentionally. Previews are ideas to compare, not an accurate prediction of a haircut or a guaranteed likeness. Confirm feasibility with your stylist before making a change.
No. FaceFluent offers AI-generated grooming and style ideas. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or recommend surgery. Take medical or treatment questions to an appropriately qualified professional.
Request a refund within 30 days of purchase through Support in your account, or email us from the address on your order. A refund returns the amount paid and removes that purchase’s unspent credits; if you have already used some, a person reviews the request first. Images and plans already created stay as they are. Payment-provider processing time is separate.
Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic refill. Existing purchases retain their purchased terms.
Adults 18 and over who want ideas for grooming, styling, or how they photograph. Choose what you want to explore and what you want to keep. There is no attractiveness ranking or guaranteed personal outcome.
Use the deletion controls available in your account or contact Support. Necessary account and payment records may be retained as described in the privacy policy.
