The free preview calculates nine descriptive measurements on your device. The paid service adds a review of three photos and your goals. It does not promise 160 assessments, demographic percentiles, or a future-face prediction.

Free preview photos stay on your device. Photos submitted for a paid assessment are stored privately for the reviewer and removed within 30 days of upload. You can request earlier deletion in your account. We do not train models on your photos.

The delivery target is within 14 days after your completed intake is accepted. If a photo needs retaking, we explain why in your account. Progress and reviewer messages appear in the same workspace.

They are estimates from a two-dimensional photograph. Camera distance, pose, lighting, and landmark placement affect the result. The preview has not been clinically validated and its reference ranges are not demographic percentiles or an ideal you should pursue.

No. FaceFluent offers educational grooming and style guidance. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or recommend surgery. Take medical or treatment questions to an appropriately qualified professional.

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase through Support in your account. We confirm the request and its processing status there. Payment-provider processing time is separate.

The $79 reviewed assessment is a one-time purchase. If annual membership becomes available, it is a separate $149/year offer with an explicit recurring checkout and cancellation controls. Existing one-time purchases do not become subscriptions.

Adults 18 and over who want practical direction on grooming, styling, or how they photograph. You can choose to leave any feature unchanged. There is no attractiveness ranking or guaranteed personal outcome.

Edit your goals and photos before submission, ask for a correction in Support, or request deletion in account settings. Deletion removes assessment content and cancels future renewals; necessary account and payment records are retained as described in our privacy policy.
