Privacy policy

Effective September 13, 2026. This policy describes FaceFluent’s measurement preview and reviewed assessment.

Free measurement preview

The preview processes your photo and facial landmark geometry in this browser’s memory. It does not upload the image, landmark coordinates, or calculated measurements. Clear the preview or close the page to remove them from the app. Your original file remains on your device. Requests to load the page and model can appear in ordinary infrastructure logs.

Paid assessment

With your separate consent, we collect your account email, goals, preferences, budget category, routine, and three photos. Authorized reviewers access this material to prepare and explain your assessment. Photo uploads are decoded, resized, and re-encoded to remove embedded metadata. Files are stored in a private bucket; temporary viewing links expire.

Photo retention and deletion

Paid assessment photo files are scheduled for removal within 30 days of upload. If your assessment needs additional photos after that point, we request new consented uploads. Reports, answers, and support conversations remain available in your account until you request deletion. We do not use customer photos or derived facial information to train models, identify people, or match them against a database. We do not sell that information.

Request earlier deletion from account settings. This removes assessment photos, reports, answers, and conversations and cancels future membership renewals. Deletion is processed by our privacy job; requests that fail are retained for retry and review. Necessary account identity, payment, refund, and minimal audit records remain for service administration and accounting. Operational deletion does not promise immediate erasure from infrastructure backups; any applicable backup retention and restoration controls must also be observed.

Service providers

FaceFluent uses the configured Supabase installation for authentication, database storage, and private files, and Stripe for payment processing. Their services process information needed for those functions. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Human reviewers can access the assessment content needed to deliver the service.

Cookies and measurement

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Optional analytics are off unless you enable them. When enabled, we record only allowed event names and product categories, without attaching photos, measurements, email addresses, or questionnaire answers. You can change this choice through Analytics preferences in the footer.

Your choices

You can read your report, ask for corrections through Support, and request deletion in your account. The service is for adults 18 and over and only accepts photos the uploader confirms depict them. Contact support@facefluent.com with privacy questions or a report of an unauthorized upload.
