Make a photo retake useful

A retake request should tell you what to change and why the original image was insufficient.

Read the requested view

FaceFluent asks for a front view and two three-quarter views. If one view is unsuitable, check the reviewer’s note before replacing it.

Fix the stated issue

Use even light, remove obstructions, keep a neutral expression, and frame your full face. File-size and resolution checks do not determine whether a photo supports a particular observation.

Keep your progress

Saved questionnaire answers and other accepted uploads remain in the account. After replacing photos, submit intake again so the reviewer knows it is ready.
