Try one change at a time

A small experiment makes it easier to notice what you actually prefer.

Choose a question

Write down what you want to learn. For example: do I prefer this parting, and does it fit my morning routine? A specific question is easier to answer than whether you look better overall.

Keep the rest familiar

Try one reversible choice while keeping other parts of the routine similar. If you take photos, use the same setup.

Decide for yourself

Keep the change only if you prefer it and the upkeep suits you. Reverting is a useful result too. This is a practical decision method, not a guarantee of a physical or psychological outcome.
