Choose a priority that fits your life
A recommendation is only useful if its purpose and effort make sense to you.
Check the goal
Ask which of your goals the suggestion addresses. A recommendation should not quietly introduce a new concern you never asked to change.
Compare effort and alternatives
Consider money, maintenance, reversibility, and whether doing nothing is a reasonable alternative. These tradeoffs belong beside the suggested action.
Ask for the missing explanation
If a report does not make the reasoning clear, ask your reviewer. A source can support a general observation without proving that one individual will benefit.
Reference and scope
Read the supporting methods or service reference. This guide provides educational context and planning suggestions. It is not a clinical assessment or a guaranteed-outcome claim.
